Registered shares held for at least two full calendar years, and still held on the dividend payment date or the day before a free-share attribution.

Continued holding required; no future dividend or free-share allocation guaranteed.

How to proceed

The issuer links a conversion form to send to the financial institution, or an online route where that institution offers it. The bonus is automatic for already qualifying registered shares.
