Privacy and audience measurement

Actionary Club uses a self-hosted Matomo installation operated by us at stats.empawrium.tn for limited audience measurement. Measurement runs only after you explicitly accept analytics and is used solely to understand aggregate site usage and improve the directory.

Privacy-minimised measurement

  • The existing Actionary audience-measurement configuration uses dedicated Matomo Site ID 2 on the operator-hosted service at stats.empawrium.tn. It is configured to support alignment with the CNIL conditions for consent-exempt audience measurement, while Actionary nevertheless requires explicit analytics consent before tracking. This describes the technical configuration; it is not a certification or guarantee of legal compliance.
  • Visitor IP addresses are masked by two bytes. Referrers are anonymised, campaign parameter values are masked, and segmented count metrics are rounded as required by the configured compliance mode.
  • Visitor Log and Visitor Profiles are disabled. User ID, third-party cookies, device-model detection, screen-resolution detection, and ecommerce measurement are disabled or restricted for Actionary.
  • The tracker respects the browser's Do Not Track setting. Actionary does not enable cross-domain linking, outlink or download tracking, ecommerce, events, or custom dimensions.

Consent, cookies, and withdrawal

  • Before you accept analytics, Matomo JavaScript may load in tracking-consent mode, but it does not send audience-measurement requests or create _pk_* analytics cookies.
  • You can accept or reject analytics and later change the choice through the always-available Analytics settings control. Acceptance is remembered for up to 180 days in the first-party mtm_consent cookie on actionary.club; rejection through that control is remembered for up to 180 days in mtm_consent_removed.
  • After acceptance, Matomo may create first-party _pk_id, _pk_ses, and related _pk_* analytics cookies on actionary.club to measure visits. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies and stops subsequent tracking.
  • The Matomo control below is an additional withdrawal mechanism. A later explicit acceptance through Analytics settings clears the tracker opt-out and resumes measurement. If the embedded control cannot use the loaded tracker, its self-contained fallback may use the matomo_ignore opt-out cookie on stats.empawrium.tn and a short-lived matomo_sessid security cookie.

How audience data is used

  • Audience data is used only to understand aggregate site usage and improve Actionary Club.
  • Actionary analytics are not used for advertising, individual profiling, cross-site tracking, matching visitors to shareholder or account information, or sale or reuse for unrelated purposes.
  • Raw analytics data is retained for 180 days.
  • Ordinary infrastructure and security logs may also be created as part of hosting operations.

Email contact, forms and sensitive information

  • No website newsletter, program-submission, or correction form is active.
  • Corrections, suggestions and contact enquiries are handled by email at the address below. If you email us, Actionary receives your email address and message content to review and respond to your enquiry. Share only the relevant page URL, proposed change and public company source links; ownership evidence is not needed.
  • Actionary Club does not request or accept brokerage statements, proof of ownership, identity documents, account screenshots, portfolio data, or other shareholder account information.

Additional Matomo opt-out

You can also withdraw from Matomo audience measurement using the control below. It is provided directly by the self-hosted Matomo service and remains compatible with the Analytics settings choice.

Forms and newsletter signup remain inactive. This notice should be reviewed whenever consent handling, measurement settings, retention, or website data collection changes.
