When could my ENGIE shares qualify for the loyalty bonus?

What the rules say

ENGIE shares must be held in registered form, directly or indirectly, for at least two continuous full calendar years up to the dividend payment date.

Registration before the end of 2026: first possible bonus in 2029.

How to proceed

Already qualifying registered shares need no application. For bearer shares, ENGIE links a registration form to send to the bank.
