Can I join the Gecina shareholder club?

What the rules say

Individual Gecina shareholders holding at least 10 direct registered shares (nominatif pur), or 25 administered registered shares (nominatif administré) or bearer shares. The reviewed sources state no residence condition.

No property discount or guaranteed building access.

How to proceed

Download the official membership form, enter your personal and contact details and holding method, complete the communication consent section, then date and sign it. Attach the recent securities statement if you hold bearer shares. Send the completed application to actionnaire@gecina.fr or by post to Club des Actionnaires de Gecina, 16, rue des Capucines, 75084 Paris Cedex 02, France.
