Hold SEB shares in direct or administered registered form and reside in mainland France. Groupe SEB creates the store account and sends login details.

How to proceed

Groupe SEB creates the store account. For administered registered holdings, send your email address to serviceclientvpc@groupeseb.com: banks do not pass it to SEB. The issuer says login details are emailed within two months of registration. Use the welcome email to set your password and sign in at www.vpc.groupeseb.com/login. A shareholder username starts with A followed by eight digits. For a missing welcome email or access problems, contact that customer-service address or +33 9 74 50 10 64.
