A 10% discount applies to purchases on adnams.co.uk and in Adnams stores.

Conditions and limits: Not combinable with other offers. E-gift cards, pop-ups/events, third-party sales and purchases reimbursed by someone else are excluded.
How to use it: Shop online using the registered email; in store give that email and identification if requested.

10% off managed-property stays and meals

Shareholders receive 10% off their accommodation and meals for a table of up to six when treating the other guests.

Conditions and limits: Only Adnams-managed properties; drinks-only pub orders are excluded. The benefit is personal and cannot be combined with other discounts.
How to use it: Identify yourself as a shareholder when booking and show the app when requesting the bill. Up to two devices may use the verified holding.

10% off tours and experiences

The terms include a 10% reduction on tour and experience bookings.

Conditions and limits: E-gift cards, including those for experiences, and entry to the Adnams 10k race are excluded.
How to use it: Ask Adnams how to apply the shareholder discount to the specific booking before paying; no separate tour-booking procedure is published.

Eligibility

Minimum holding

No minimum share quantity, holding period or annual qualifying date is stated in the reviewed issuer terms. Do not assume a one-share threshold from broker summaries.

Holding method

Own-name holdings use the Investor Code; nominee holdings require a broker-specific Adnams Code. The company has listed B and unlisted A ordinary shares, but the scheme pages do not identify qualifying classes.

Practical information

Proof of shareholding: For own-name shares, use the Investor Code on the share certificate or previous dividend confirmation. For a nominee account, obtain the Adnams Code from the broker before registration.
Duration or qualifying period: The terms publish no fixed expiry or annual renewal timetable. Adnams may change, suspend or terminate the scheme and notify shareholders by email.

Before applying

From France: the official terms do not expressly confirm overseas applicants or French-broker support. Ask Adnams and your broker about the code and eligible share class first. The online shop currently delivers to UK mainland addresses only, excluding France and Northern Ireland.
Timing and fees: the form’s “couple of minutes” describes completion, not an approval promise. No processing deadline, registration fee or renewal charge is published. Shopping delivery times are separate from scheme approval; purchase, shipping, brokerage, currency and travel costs still apply.

Important limitations

Minimum share count and qualifying class remain unconfirmed in issuer sources. Adnams may withdraw the discount for misuse or change the scheme. Do not treat overseas membership or shipping to France as established.

How to apply

Use the official shareholder registration page with your Investor Code or broker code and email address. After registration, use the same email for online shopping and the Friends of Adnams app for managed pubs and hotels. For missing codes or foreign-holding questions, contact shareholder@adnams.co.uk.
