Proof of shareholding

Carrefour requires proof of share ownership to validate membership. The registration form requests a holding certificate, which can be uploaded or sent to the Club by email or post. No document-age limit is stated in the reviewed form or club rules.

Duration or qualifying period

Valid for one calendar year, automatically renewable while membership conditions remain satisfied. If you no longer qualify or wish to leave, the rules require prompt notification to Carrefour by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Before applying

• Published Club services include assistance by email or phone, direct communications, meetings, and a dedicated website.
• Membership is optional and free. For jointly owned shares, the rules allow one application in the name of the joint ownership, through an individual representative unanimously appointed by the co-owners; only that representative may use the Club services.
• For access or joining questions, Carrefour publishes club@actionnaires.carrefour.com and +33 (0) 805 902 902. Its source describes calls as free from French landlines only. The registration form and club rules reviewed are in French.

Important limitations

• Club services and eligibility conditions may change. Confirm current details with Carrefour.
• On 12 October 2026, the portal initially displayed a temporary-unavailability notice; the login, registration form and club rules were accessible later that day. If access fails, try again later or contact the Club. The initial notice does not establish that the programme has ended.
• Members must continue to meet the eligibility conditions. Carrefour may check compliance at any time and exclude members who no longer meet those conditions.
