Minimum holding
Joining is open regardless of share count. Commercial tiers: ONE 50–849, PLUS 850–2,499, PREMIUM 2,500–12,499, PLATINUM 12,500+.
Holding method
Named IBERCLEAR recording is required, not merely a broker’s nominee holding. Ask your custodian about this Spanish registration.

- Proof of shareholding
- Repsol verifies ownership after registration; the public terms do not prescribe a universal certificate or maximum document age.
- Duration or qualifying period
- Shareholder benefits end when shareholder status is lost. No fixed annual renewal date is stated.
Before applying
- Benefits: conditional Waylet balance, shareholder publications, activities and draws. Amounts depend on share tier, customer relationship and offer terms; this page promises no fixed fuel discount.
- Timing and fees: after a change in share count is recorded in IBERCLEAR, Repsol says the new tier applies automatically after 15–20 days. This is not an initial-registration deadline. No joining fee or annual campaign calendar is specified; check each offer’s costs and expiry in the portal.

Important limitations

How to apply
Register in the official En acción portal. For eligible Waylet benefits, use the same NIF and email in both services and wait for verification.
