- Proof of shareholding
- The portal requests name, surnames, email, password and DNI; postcode is optional. A monthly identity-number check is disclosed. No standard broker-certificate upload is specified.
- Duration or qualifying period
- Access depends on continued membership of the eligible shareholder group. No annual renewal form is specified. The terms allow exclusion if eligibility is lost.
Before applying
- From France: the public forms are in Spanish and request a DNI. They do not establish acceptance of a French identity number, a French nominee holding or every offer in France. Confirm these points with the shareholder office; the advertised freephone is for Spain.
- Timing: no fixed initial approval time is published. Cashback can remain pending for 30–60 days, sometimes 120; travel acceptance starts after the trip. A requested transfer can take 7–15 days. These are indicative processing periods, subject to merchant confirmation.
- Fees and renewal: portal registration and use are free. Purchases, travel, brokerage and any merchant costs remain separate. Twelve consecutive months without purchases or login can lead to cancellation of the savings account and loss of its accumulated balance under the terms.
Important limitations
- Do not treat the advertised number of offers as a guaranteed inventory. No private offer, cashback payment or French registration was tested.
How to apply
Follow “Área Ofertas Accionistas” from Telefónica’s official page, register on the linked operator portal, accept its terms/privacy policy and confirm the email. The shareholder newsletter uses a separate form. If you do not have the requested DNI, ask accionistas@telefonica.com about an accepted route first.
