Eligibility

Practical information
- Proof of shareholding
- At check-in, present the original shareholder card and booking confirmation email; copies and photographs are refused, and identity evidence may be requested. The reviewed card-request instructions do not list the ownership documents needed: ask MUFG or your nominee.
- Duration or qualifying period
- The breakfast offer ends on 30 June 2027 inclusive. This is a stay deadline, not a stated card-processing time or guarantee of later renewal.
Before applying
- The allowance covers up to two adults per room and two rooms per shareholder, for each night of an eligible stay, subject to availability.
- UK/Ireland: the introduction and booking instructions name the UK, including hub and ZIP by Premier Inn. The detailed terms also include participating hotels in Ireland. Confirm your chosen Irish hotel's participation before booking; this is not a worldwide offer.
- The offer can accompany any booking rate, but cannot be combined with another offer or discount, including Meal Deal, Emerald or Whitbread Privilege cards. It is personal, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Important limitations
- No card-issue, delivery or renewal fee is stated in the reviewed pages. This does not confirm that these services are free; check with MUFG or your intermediary, including any intermediary charges.
- The benefit covers breakfast, not a free hotel stay. Confirm the room price and booking terms separately. No continuation after 30 June 2027 is established by the reviewed offer.
How to apply
Request registration from MUFG Corporate Markets at whitbread@cm.mpms.mufg.com or +44 344 855 2327; nominee holders should contact their intermediary instead. Already-registered recipients should receive their card with the annual-report mailing. No precise processing or delivery time is published. For an eligible stay, book your room and present the card at check-in; breakfast is confirmed then, without adding it during booking. The official instructions are in English.
